We have six R&D engineers to release 2 new products every month. With working experience in Broadcom, they can work closely with you in fluent English, completing your customized samples in 40 days. In addition, we operate our own molding department manned by 4 staff.
Advanced production machinery lined in our factory include JUKI SMT machine and HELLER jointing machine. With 2 Bluetooth production lines and 2 WiFi production lines, we turn out volume capacity: 15,000 Bluetooth mice, 150,000 Bluetooth adapters, 10,000 Bluetooth earphones, and 20,000 Bluetooth wireless networking cards. Four days is all we need for order of 2000pcs.
Special QC process is conducted by our 14 QC technicians:
- We source key materials from the US and double test them before warehousing
- Our QC team arrange piece-to-piece inspection, and tested products are sent to QA team for double inspection on 15pcs out of 100. If any one product is found defect, all products will be resent to QC team for retesting
In addition, we welcome inspection from third party. All our products are CE and FCC certified, and compliant with the RoHS Directives.
